World Rowing Championships and a Dirty Dozen Challenge

 The World Rowing Championships start today in Aiguebelette, France and run through September 6. Find up to the minute news at:

 Also, in Chicago, the Dirty Dozen Challenge, a brand new regional series of sculling races are hosted by Recovery on the Water, Inc. at the Chicago River Eleanor Boathouse Yard. Today’s first race is a 3K, followed by a 4K in September and a 6K in October. The Dirty Dozen Challenge will also be held in Limerick, Ireland. For more information, check out:
