Mother’s Day Regatta 2016 and More

 Happy Mother’s Day!

 

In Canada, the  Mother’s Regatta will be held today in St. Catherines, Ontario on the Martindale Waterways. St. Catherine’s Rowing Club will host 382 entries from 47 clubs. 

The National Invitational Collegiate Championship, the NIRC will be held on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Massachusetts hosted by USRowing. There will be 139 entries from 31 clubs.

  

The 2016 Atlantic-10 Women’s Rowing Championship will be held on the Occoquan Reservoir in Fairfax Station, Virginia for Collegiate. Atlantic 10 Conference will host 31 entries from 9 clubs.

The Wayland-Weston Invitational Regatta will be held in Wayland, Massachusetts for Junior entries hosted by the Wayland-Weston Rowing Association.

The Atlantic County High School Championships will be held today on Lake Lenape in Mays Landing, New Jersey. ACRA, Inc. & SNJRA will host 104 Junior entries from 11 clubs.

 
 In Indiana, the Indy High School Sprints will be held at  Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Rowing Center will host 180 entries 14 clubs.

USRowing’s Southwest, Central and Mid-Atlantic Youth Championships will wrap up today in California, Oklahoma and New Jersey. All three hosted by USRowing.

  In British Rowing, the Ball Cup Regatta South will be held in the Thames region.

The Shrewsbury Regatta & Sprint in the West Midlands region and the Durham City Regatta in the Northern region continue for another day in the UK. 

  

In World Rowing, the European Rowing Championships move along on the row to Rio with the final day of competition in Brandenburg, Germany hosted by the ERCH

In Japan, the 2016 Toda Regatta, a 1000m course for Masters continues in Tokyo.

  

In Germany, the 2016 International DRV Juniors Regatta, a 2000m/1500m regatta for for Juniors U19 and U17 continues for another day in Munich hosted by the Organizing Committee Regatta Munchen E.V.

And wrapping up for a final day in Belgium,  the 2016 International Belgian Senior & U23 Championships and the 13th International Flemish Junior Championships finish in Ghent. The Organizing Committee, KR Sport Keur hosts the 2000m event for Senior, Lightweight, Under23 and Junior entries.
