Plenty of April Regattas

The 29th Annual George Washington Rowing Invitational hosted by George Washington University Rowing for 42 Collegiate entries from 16 teams will be held today on the Potomac River in Washington, DC. Yesterday’s schedule was cancelled due to high winds. For live results check HERE.
Overpeck Regional Youth Regatta will be held April  8, 2017 at Overpeck Lake in Teaneck/Leonia, New Jersey. Bergen County Rowing Academy will host 204 entries from 24 clubs. 

Cincinnati High School Invitational will be held April 8, 2017 at Harsha Lake in Bethel, Ohio. Cincinnati Rowing Club will host 241 entries from 21 clubs. 

The 12th Annual James River Sprints will be held April 8, 2017 at the James River in Richmond, Virginia. James River Rowers will host 175 entries from 16 clubs. 

Also in Virginia, the Walter Mess Regatta will be held April 8, 2017 sprint at Occoquan Reservoir in Fairfax Station. Virginia Scholastic Rowing Association will host 196 entries from 27 clubs. 

Steve Neczypor Memorial Regatta will be held April 8, 2017 in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Steve Neczypor Foundation will host 157 entries from 22 clubs. 

Also in New Jersey, Lake Lenape Sprints III will be held April 8, 2017 at you guessed it Lake Lenape in Mays Landing. Southern New Jersey Scholastic Rowing Association will host 79 entries from 11 clubs.

The Lindamood Cup will be held April 8, 2017 at the Muskingum River in Marietta, Ohio. Harmar Rowing Club will host 91 entries from 10 clubs.  

Oregon State University will host the Oregon Classic for Collegiate entries today at Dexter Reservoir in Lowell, Oregon.  

University of Tennessee will host Alabama, Old Dominion and West Virginia today, April 8 in the Big 12 Double Dual on Melton Hill Lake in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Arlett Cup: Boston University vs. Northeastern, Boston, Massachusetts. 

Stein Cup: Harvard vs. Brown, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Childs Cup: Penn vs. Columbia , Princeton, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Olympic Axe: Yale vs. Dartmouth, Derby, Connecticut 

**CANCELLATION** Wisconsin vs. Syracuse, Skokie, Illinois. 

EARC Lightweight Men

WIT Cup: Navy vs. Columbia, Georgetown , Harvard, Annapolis, Maryland.

Matthews-Leonard Cup: Penn vs. Harvard, Cornell, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Princeton vs. Delaware, Dartmouth, Princeton, New Jersey.

Joy Cup: Yale vs. Georgetown, MIT, Derby, Connecticut.

Long Beach Invitational will be held over two days, April 8, 2017 through April 9, 2017 at Marine Stadium, the site of the 1932 Olympics in Long Beach, California. Long Beach Junior Crew will host 429 entries from 24 clubs to the 1450m event. 

Spring Sprints Invitational will be held April  8, 2017 to April 9, 2017 in Lake Stevens, Washington. Lake Stevens Rowing Club will host 341 entries from 28 clubs. 

FSRA Sculling Championships will be held April 8, 2017 to April 9, 2017 at Benderson Park in Sarasota, Florida. Florida Scholastic Rowing Association will host 292 entries from 34 clubs. 

The 22nd Annual Don Lubbers Cup Regatta will be held April 8, 2017 through April 9, 2017 on Spring Lake in Michigan. Grand Valley State University Rowing Club will host 59 entries from 11 clubs. For livestream check HERE. For live results check HERE.

The 2017 Knecht Cup will be held Saturday, April 8 through Sunday April 9, on Mercer Lake in West Windsor Township, New Jersey. The race schedule will be condensed to allow for interruptions due to high winds. 

California will host the Lake Latoma Invitational in Gold River April 8 through April 9. 

GB Rowing Team Para Trials will be held April 8 through April 9 in in Caversham.
