Billy Webb Challenge in NZ and Waterford in UK

In British Rowing, the challenging Wallingford Head of the River will be held Sunday 26th November 2017 in the Thames region hosted by Wallingford Rowing Club.

In New Zealand Rowing, the Billy Webb Challenge will be held today, 26 November 2017 at Whanganui River in Whanganui, New Zealand hosted by Whanganui Rowing Association.

“Billy Webb became the first New Zealander to win the World Professional Single Sculls title when he beat Australian Charles Towns on the Parramatta River in Sydney, by five lengths in 1907. Webb defended the title on the Whanganui River in 1908 against twice Australian champion Richard Tressider before 25,000 spectators including Premier Sir Joseph Ward.”

In British Rowing, Rutherford Head Of The River will be held Saturday 25th November 2017 in the Northern region hosted by Tyne Amateur Rowing Club.

Hampton Small Boats Head for Junior and School entries will be held Saturday 25th November 2017 in the Thames region hosted by Hampton School.

Avon Masters & Evesham Autumn Head will be held Saturday 25th November 2017 in the West Midlands region hosted by Evesham Rowing and Rackets Club.

In Australian Rowing, the 2017 Head of the Yarra will be held at the Yarra River in Victoria, hosted by Rowing Victoria.

Head of the Giblet Cancelled

Head of the Giblet planned for today, November 18, 2017 at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake Park in Orlando, Florida has been cancelled by South Orlando Rowing Association.

Duathlon at the Bend will be held November 18, 2017 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota Crew hosts 75 entries from 7 clubs.

In British Rowing, Teddington Head will be held Saturday 18th November 2017 in the Thames region hosted by Walbrook Teddington Rowing Club.

Cambridge Winter Head will be held Saturday 18th November 2017 hosted by Cantabrigian Rowing Club.

Avon Autumn Head of the River will be held Saturday 18th November 2017 in the WAGS region hosted by Avon County Rowing Club.

Soar Head Of The River will be held Saturday 18th November 2017 in the East Midlands region hosted by Loughborough Boat Club.

In World Rowing, the 2017 Basel Head Regatta will be held today, November 18, 2027 in Basel, Switzerland. Trinationaler Regattaverein Basel (TRB) hosts a 6,4km long distance race on theRiver Rhine with a 180 degree mid-race turn before finishing with the 350m Sprint de Rois.

Bill Braxton Memorial Regatta 2017 and More

Bill Bill Braxton Memorial Regatta 2017 will be held today, November 12, 2017 at Mercer Lake in West Windsor, New Jersey. Philadelphia Girls’ Rowing Club hosts 368 entries from 48 clubs.

San Diego Fall Classic will be held November 12, 2017 at Mission Bay – Crown Point in San Diego, California. San Diego Rowing Club hosts 341 entries from 36 clubs.

Head of the Lagoon – Juniors will be held November 12, 2017 at Foster City Lagoon in Foster City, California. Redwood Scullers formerly known as the Stanford Rowing Center hosts 305 entries from 22 clubs.

Veteran’s Day Race 2 Remember will be continue through November 12 at Lake Samish in head Bellingham, Washington. Seattle Rowing Center hosts 47 entries from 2 clubs to the 3 day event.

Another day for rowing in Canada as the RCA National Rowing Championship and Canada Cup continues through November 12, 2017 at Burnaby Lake in Burnaby, British Columbia. Rowing British Columbia hosts 180 entries from 8 clubs.

In British Rowing, Fuller’s Head Of The River Fours will be held Sunday, 12th November 2017 in the Thames region hosted by HOR4s Committee.

Northwich Autumn Head will be held Sunday, 12th November 2017 in the North West region hosted by Northwich Rowing Club.

HOTS and Frostbite

The 21st Annual Head of the South Rowing Regatta a.k.a. HOTS will be held today, November 11, 2017 in Augusta, Georgia. Augusta Rowing Club hosts 725 entries from 63 clubs.

Dam Turn Regatta will be held today November 11, 2017 at Beaver Creek Reservoir in Charlottesville, Virginia. Beaver Creek Sculling hosts 44 entries from 5 clubs.

Philadelphia Frostbite Regatta will be held November 11, 2017 at Mercer Lake in West Windsor, New Jersey. Pennsylvania Barge Club hosts 331 entries from 54 clubs.

Leader of the Lake 5K to be held November 11, 2017 at Lake Minneola in Clermont, Florida has been CANCELLED by Lake County Rowing Association.

Head of the Lagoon – Collegiate & Masters will be held November 11, 2017 at Foster City Lagoon in Foster City, California. Redwood Scullers, formerly knowing as The Stanford Rowing Center hosts 196 entries from 41 clubs.
