In Italy, the XXXV Memorial Paola D’Aloja International Regatta will be held April 16, 2021 through April 18, 2021 at the Italian National Rowing Center on Lago di Piediluco in Terni. FISA and the Italian Rowing Federation host the 2000m event for Senior, Lightweight, Under 23, Junior and Para-rowing entries.
Memorial Paolo D’Aloja Regatta is usually held annually to honor former Italian Rowing Federation President of the 1970s and 1980s, Paolo D’Aloja but was cancelled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Lago di Piediluco, located between the Province of Terni, Umbria and the Province of Rieti, Lazio offers ideal calm wind and water conditions for racing.
Olympic/Paralympic Team Trials II continue through April 16, 2021 at Mercer Lake in West Windsor, New Jersey. USRowing hosts 27 (W2x, M2-, M4x, PR1 M1x, PR1 W1x, PR2 Mixed 2x) entries from 19 clubs.

European Olympic & Paralympic Qualification Regatta continues through April 7, 2021 in Varese, Italy hosted by Comune di Varese, Provincia di Varese, Federazione Italiana Canottaggio and Canottieri Varese.
