In Canada, the 137th Royal Canadian Henley Masters Regatta will be held today, August 4, 2019 at Martindale Waterways in St. Catharines, Ontario. Canadian Henley Joint Regatta Committee hosts 313 entries from 47 clubs.

Worthing Town Regatta continues Sunday, 4 August 2019 in the Wessex & South East Coast region hosted by Worthing Rowing Club.

In World Rowing, Shing Mun River Regatta III will be held August 4, 2019 at Sha Tin Rowing Centre and Jockey Shek Mun Rowing Centre in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. Hong Kong, China Rowing Association hosts 109 entries from 18 clubs.

Rowing in the Rockies!!! Dillon Challenge, the highest altitude Regatta in North America will be held today August 6, 2017 at Frisco Bay Marina, Dillon Reservoir, Main Street, Frisco, Colorado. Frisco Rowing Center hosts Master, Open, Collegiate, High School, Adaptive, Junior and Novice entries.


2017 Senior & Para World Championship Trials will start today, August 6, 2017 and run through August 9, 2017 at Mercer Lake, New Jersey. USRowing hosts 62 entries from 35 clubs at Caspersen Boathouse.

In Canada, the 135th Royal Canadian Henley Masters Regatta will be today, August 6 at Martindale Waterways in St. Catharines, Ontario. Canadian Henley Regatta Joint Committee hosts 317 entries from 45 clubs.


In World Rowing, the 2017 World Rowing Junior Championships a.k.a. U-19 Championships reach finals today, August 6, 2027 at Lake Galve in Trakai, Lithuania hosted by FISA. Of the 742 rowers from 59 countries in 13 boat classes competing 96 athletes will qualify for the 2018 Youth Olympic Games.

A Day for Masters


The last Sunday in July 2016 offers some serious regattas before August starts with the excitement of Olympic rowing August 6 in Brazil. In the meantime, today is a day for Masters as the 2016 Euro Masters Regatta in Germany, the 134th Royal Canadian Henley Masters and the Master entries at the 2016 Lithuanian Championships prove that rowing is a lifetime sport.


The 134th Royal Canadian Henley Masters Regatta will be held today, July 31, 2016. A sprint race on Martindale Waterways in  St. Catharines, Onatario hosted by the Canadian Henley Joint Committee. There will be 360 entries from 63 clubs. The  134th Royal Canadian Henley Masters Regatta will start on Tuesday, August 2.

There will be a 1000m sprint race course at the Euro Masters Regatta 2016 held today in Munich, Germany hosted by Regatta Munchen E.V. For livestream check HERE.

The 2000m 2016 Lithuanian Open Championships will head to finals on Lake Galve in Trakai today for Senior, Lightweight, Masters, Junior and Para-rowing entries on Lake Galve hosted by Lithuanian Rowing Federation.

The 133rd Royal Canadian Henley Masters Regatta starts today on the Martindale Waterways in St. Catherines, Ontario at noon. The 133rd Royal Canadian Henley Regatta starts on Tuesday. The USRowing Senior II World Championship Trials start today on Mercer Lake and continue over the next 4 days in West Windsor, New Jersey. The athlete friendly Feather River Summer Sprints for novices will be held at the Forebay Aquatic Center in Oroville, California. Over 150 crews will race in 30 categories in the Carrick on Shannon Sprint Regatta hosted by the Carrick Rowing Club in Ireland. The Coupe de la Jeunesse continues for another day in Szegad, Hungary at the Olympic Centre of Szegad. The course in Szegad is known for being perfect for rowing with calm winds along the almost 2.5 kilometer long, 130 meter wide course of the Maty stream.
